Here are some commonly asked questions and their answers to any concerns you may have.
DO YOU OFFER NUTRITIONAL SUPPORT?
With our Platinum membership, you gain access to an exclusive Facebook group where we provide nutrition guidance and motivate you to follow our 5-step program.
What if I'm going on holiday and can't do many classes?
Feel free to adjust the membership options to fit your needs. You can schedule your classes throughout the month in any way you prefer.
I have an injury, can I still join?
If your doctor or physiotherapist has cleared you to exercise, then yes, you can proceed. We will need additional information from you to ensure we can safely guide you through the workouts.
What qualifications do the instructor have?
Our entire team is trained in Level 2 Group Fitness, with two members specializing in pre and postnatal exercise. Heather and soon-to-be Shelly are certified personal trainers. You can feel confident that you're in good hands.
Where are the classes?
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9.15am are at Legends at Bentley motors. All other classes are at Pear Tree Primary School in Nantwich.
How do I book a trial?
Just click the link below. If you don't have a TeamUp account, sign up; if you do, log in and "claim" your FREE week. After that, you'll be able to book the classes you'd like to attend during that week.
I'm a beginner, is that ok?
Certainly! Our classes cater to women of all fitness levels and abilities. We provide three variations of each exercise to ensure you can work out at a pace that suits you best.
How many sessions should I attend?
Feel free to attend as many classes as you wish during your trial week. We encourage you to explore the various styles we provide. After the trial, we will discuss membership options to find the best fit for your lifestyle. Generally, we suggest 3 to 4 classes per week, but you are welcome to do more. We highly recommend taking 2 rest days each week!
What do I need to bring?
Water is available, and there are facilities for refilling. If you're planning to attend a flex class and have your own mat, feel free to bring it along. Some ladies prefer to wear lifting gloves for the advanced classes.
Is there parking?
There is plenty of parking available at both locations, conveniently located right in front of the sports hall. For more details, please check our venues highlight.
I'm really nervous, but want to start!
No worries, we'll make sure you feel comfortable as soon as you arrive. Our welcoming instructors will greet you and outline how the class operates. You'll then be paired with one of our friendly buddies who will assist, guide, support, and encourage you throughout the class!
Is there a minimum age?
The minimum age requirement is 16.
